If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact. We ask that return requests be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Final sale items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, place the item(s) in the original packaging and include a note with your contact information and the reason for the return. Mail your package to:

We recommend shipping via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with additional insurance as needed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Phoenix Jewelry & Art is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within five business days.
